Trent (believe it is the son of the owner) is according to my wife almost exactly like me; calm, OCD like, and good in communicating with customers and trainees. I really like seeing him working, no macho stuff, no constant yelling and swearing. Just a calm dude doing a excellent job.

Been watching ''Highway thru Hell'' and ''Heavy Rescue 401'' for years, and being a heavy rescue operator seems to be a great job. Not a day is the same, lot's of challenges. Only deaths isn't something I can't handle I think...

Talon is the son I think. Ron is the owner yes. Trent might be family too but not sure.

The attention to detail and acting by the book is amazinf
