I could listen all day to that Maxidyne engine:

Re: Post real truck pictures and videos here!
Nothing spectacular, but a real nice find:
A super rare RL700L V8. As I probably told a 1000 times before; the R700 was made to accommodate larger engines like a V8. It has a longer bonnet than the R600 series. Just a year later the Superliner was introduced which is the successor in some way of the R700. Same cab, with even a bigger bonnet. The R700 is my favourite truck of all time. Built to last. And this one is even rarer with the steel dash! Which is really nice, like it more than the plastic one.

Looking at the frame and drivetrain I think it's salvageable. Frame doesn't look rusted out, and these engines are almost indestructible.

Re: Post real truck pictures and videos here!
This isnt a really a truck pic, but covers how it is to be a long haul trucker in Norway sometimes
Some new company got the job of keeping part of the main road between south and middle Norway open this winter, the main road truckers use that is with tons of traffic every day...and its worse than ever, deathrattle mode some places, other places 20-30cm if snow to plow trough

You have real winters! Can't imagine how it is to drive with a truck with that much snow.

Prototype of course, very curious how it's going to look. Looks like a Ford F Max at the moment.
