yea, but this is much more dangerious, the trailer doesnt have the bar in front of the wheels, so it can ran over the car if something went wrong :D in the movie, they had a bar :D

Very impressive! Here that kind of damage is a total write off. The only thing that comes to mind: will the chassis have the same rigidity as new?

i didnt watched the entire video, but he was drilling out factory spot welds, so it looks like he was properly fixing it and changing the parts of the chassis as it was assembled in the factory.

still dont think its as good as factory, but its better than just strating shit out and put bondo on it :D

No it won't. It'll deform the same elastically but the plastic yield (when it deforms and doesnt go back to it's original shape) is much lower than before, meaning it'll break sooner than it did before.

It's a good job though, I just feel it's like a helmet - If it got hit too hard, just get a new one.

Again, who knows if the next crash will be in the same exact spot of the chassis, you can't ever tell.
