Love driving at night … dim the gauges down, turn the radio up, less traffic on the road, find it really relaxing! Hope you’re still enjoying the new(ish) job driving!

Oh yea, enjoying it 100%, absolutely love it!
I also crank up the radio when driving empty to pick up passengers or going back to the company depot, sadly can't do that with passengers on board.

Trip to Bucharest done






Trip summary:



Most of the time I was getting about 25-28 l/100km, but the city driving drove the numbers up a bit. The bus was full to the last seat (51/51) with the luggage compartment also being fully loaded.
Overall I'm satisfied with the performance and consumption, this bus has a 700-liter fuel tank and with my driving I can probably get 2000 km out of one tank.

Noob question, on a double line speedway you can use your high beams even if theres a car on the otherside of the road ?? or you have lower your lights too when you see a car coming ?

The law here states that you have to switch off high beams when there's oncoming traffic, regardless whether it's a highway or a standard road.
Also this bus has xenon headlights and high beams as well as lights on the roof that turn on with high beams, so that would be extra blinding to the driver that's coming towards me.
