Well yesterday I took my good old Mountain Bike and did a 15 km route, which showed me how off shape I was, I almost died on the way back. I went with a couple of experienced friends which were very patient whith me and gave tips to start again. Indeed working at home has made me lazy XDD , but i need to be back on the road now cause working at home and sitting for 10+ hours through the week is not ok, tho i have to make some adjustements to my bike, I started by buying a helmet , safety first , now i need to take it to workshop so they can check her and see what adjustements are required. Quite happy with my new goal
