i usually wake up 1minute before it rings

its best to get up once the alarm goes off, been doing that for a while now and it works great

2 times in my lifetime my alarm went off. Always like @CDMC a minute or so awake before the alarm.

Yep my body got used to wake up 1 or 2 mins before the alarm goes on as well , but happened once that I thought I could manage to sleep just "5 more mins" ... yea right thats the biggest lie you can tell yourself, woke up an hour later, late to work of course XDD
