Laptimes were around 1:20 or so. My local track is the same laptime wise:

Fun tracks but tough physically.

We got them now :D

Went with the cheaper model. They seemed good enough for 40 euros, while the top tier ones were 80 and I can't justify spending 80 euros on gloves just yet. Will probably do when these wear out in the next couple years. This one has the seams inside, which might be bothersome to some, and the top tier one has them outside, which does look very ugly but is so much better for the feeling and grip.

I was wanting to change them seeing as on the latest couple races my hand kept rubbing the wheel due to lack of grip from my current gloves (a pair of pretty good full hand mountain bike ones), and I was starting to get that rashy pain from when a blister is about to form. And the area where that happened was pretty big, so I didn't want to chance it.

As said, would have loved to go for the top tier ones but just couldn't justify spending 80€ on gloves, so I picked these ones just to try. They didn't look bad at all so I ordered them to the store I got my suit and shoes from, yesterday afternoon. About 3 hours after the package was already sent and I had a tracking number, which honestly surprised me a lot. Suit took 3-5 days and shoes about a week and a bit. They do advertise 24h shipping on stocked items and my suit came in very late so I wasn't expecting this at all. Props to the shop.

The gloves themselves are all fabric with coarse but dense mesh on the lower point of your fingers where one meets the next for cooling. Bottom side is elastically sewed so it holds onto your hand, and they have plenty of material left to cover your suit as well. The fingers are also pre curved (second shot) to avoid creases when holding the wheel which are very bothersome.

This is the pair. Red to match everything else, of course:
