So as you all know I'm a big music nerd ... watched a really cool YouTube video showing the origins of a lot of Daft Punk samples in their songs, some are just very short elements of tracks, others longer pieces, but was really interesting! A lot of older 70s tunes in there which probably explains why I like it so much!

Most modern day music is sampled from old music. I'm not saying that's bad! I loved looking in the booklets in CDs; you could find all the samples used in the tracks. Some where obvious, others you go like: never heard that they used a sample from that song.

Great songs, enjoyed them old and new.

That's crazy! Especially HBFS. This is the most recent remake/resample I know. Can't say I dislike it at all! It's as good as the old one.

Been watching series 2 of Clarkson’s farm today (just as good as the first, really enjoy watching it especially as it’s so local to me!)

Season 3 is currently in the filming stage from what i know, so another season on its way

Dug out some of my vinyl collection that i've slowly been building today, a Bryan Ferry compliation album, and heard this track which I'd never heard before:
